How do I pay agents internationally? You don’t have to. Simply pay Talentumm like any U.S. service provider, and we handle everything — sourcing, contracts, hiring, payroll, and more

What's the minimum number of agents to get started? We suggest starting with at least five team members, and you can grow your team as much as you need.

What is the English proficiency level of these candidates? B2. We assess candidates’ language skills and conduct live interviews before you meet them.

Does Talentumm provide ongoing support? After hiring, you'll get a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to offer ongoing support and share best practices for you and your team.

What if a new hire isn’t the right fit? If a new hies isn’t the right fit, we’ll find a replacement based on your feedback within 72hs. You have full control over who joins your team through your interviews, resulting in lower attrition rates.

Do my new hires need equipment? Most hires have their own computer and verified internet speeds. If needed, we can supply work-only equipment (laptop, monitor, headset, etc.) based on your business preferences and invoice you for the cost.

Are there any contracts involved? Our standard Master Services Agreement is pay-as-you-go, with no setup fees or long-term commitments.
